Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs, timeline, and scope of work. We then provide transparent pricing and a clear plan before scheduling the service at a convenient time. On the day of service, our team arrives on time, fully prepared, and completes the job efficiently while treating the space with care and respect. After completion, we walk through the work with the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any final details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is backed by a strong foundation of training rooted in military service, where discipline, safety, and attention to detail are essential. In addition, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a focus in management and have an extensive medical background. I have completed multiple HIPAA training courses, reinforcing a commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism. I am also a licensed insurance adjuster. Together, this education and hands-on experience translate into reliable service, strong organization, and a high standard of care when working in our clients’ homes and businesses.
