She did an excellent job in a short amount of time. She was thorough and very pleasant. Not to mention very affordable. The home she cleaned was inspected and was on the market the next day after being inspected. The agent stated it looked great.

Jennifer with Clean and Carry Solutions was an absolute blessing to our family and truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment she arrived, her professionalism, warmth, and respect for our home were immediately clear. As a fellow veteran, I deeply appreciated how detail oriented, communicative, and disciplined she was. She kept me informed throughout the entire cleaning and treated our home as if it were her own.
This was a very last minute deep cleaning with my in laws traveling in from out of state, and Jennifer showed up and delivered in every way possible. She performed an incredible deep cleaning of our oven that I honestly did not think was possible anymore. It looked brand new and spotless and took such a huge weight off my shoulders during an already busy time.
She went far above and beyond by organizing my business supplies with so much thought and care. Everything was placed in a way that was practical, easy to maintain, and visually calming. It made such a difference in my day to day routine. She also beautifully organized my little ones’ toys, creating clean, tidy spaces that were still kid friendly and inviting. Seeing those areas so thoughtfully put together truly warmed my heart.
Jennifer managed her time perfectly and stayed well paced, focused, and extremely thorough without ever feeling rushed. When she finished, our home felt peaceful, cozy, and welcoming. It genuinely felt like a reset and a fresh start for the new year.

Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs, timeline, and scope of work. We then provide transparent pricing and a clear plan before scheduling the service at a convenient time. On the day of service, our team arrives on time, fully prepared, and completes the job efficiently while treating the space with care and respect. After completion, we walk through the work with the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any final details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is backed by a strong foundation of training rooted in military service, where discipline, safety, and attention to detail are essential. In addition, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a focus in management and have an extensive medical background. I have completed multiple HIPAA training courses, reinforcing a commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism. I am also a licensed insurance adjuster. Together, this education and hands-on experience translate into reliable service, strong organization, and a high standard of care when working in our clients’ homes and businesses.
