- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% discounts for seniors. $100 diagnostic fee applies to all repairs, and typically covers anything that does not require parts. (Some exceptions apply)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will collect relevant information on the customer such as address and phone. Then we will schedule an appointment for a service call. I can work on-site or pick up and return. On-site service may require additional charges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lifelong obsession with technology. Numerous PC tech and A+ courses taken.
