Bad communication and doesn't commit to dates agreed on for work requests. We first agreed on Monday and he didn't respond to the thumbtack message so I called to confirm. He apologized and we rescheduled for today and said he would be here by 8 am. I called to confirm we were good for today the night before. He said he had to fly out for other work. I stated to him this was bad communication and business. He apologized again and said someone would come out today by 8 am if later would call. I got a call from his dad at 11, and said he would be there by 1150. He arrived a little after 12 and now the price jumped from 1650 to 1850. The owner of the business stated this was a typo on his part but would honor the 1650 but wanted me to prepay half upfront. I'm outraged by then that they wanted me to prepay and may provide a subpar service. I decided not to use them at all and went with another company who provided docu sign prices for their work and prices.
