A step beyond is everything those big pest control companies aren’t. We hired them for a wasp problem and James (the professional that helped us today) was awesome! He didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need and the prices for everything was very fair. He even went out of his way to seal up some open spots on our windows and sprayed some ant hills we had in the yard. We’ll definitely be calling them back in the spring!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on methods, issues, type of pest, pest infestation level, pest damage... With that being said we offer free inspections & estimates so there's never any harm in calling us to come out to inspect and to see if you are comfortable with our pricing!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We thoroughly explain the whole process of every treatment we do and we explain why we would choose our methods of treatment. We walk the customers through our whole process so they can understand everything we are doing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
licensed in wildlife control and Pest Control with Georgia department of Agriculture & Georgia department of natural resources . Certified operator with the state of GA. Continue education training.
