As a first time home owner I didn't know anything about repairs. I've always watched home remodeling shows and desired to experience constructing my own house one day. Moving along, my upstairs restroom flooded through the floors and caused a big mess in the kitchen ceiling, I didn't know about this issue prior to purchasing the house. Anywho, I didn't know where to start so I searched on Facebook marketplace and found Jean. After reviewing some of his previous rehabs I figured he'd be worth a shot. I gave him a call and he came the same day, within a couple of days him and his got got to work. The whole process took about 3 days to finish. He restructured the plumbing so that it wouldn't clog up in the future, installed a new ceiling with new light fixtures and a hanging chandelier. My kitchen is very nice looking now. He did such a good job that I called him back to do the kitchen floor also. Later on that year my back door was damage in the early morning hours on a Saturday night and I had to stay up all night watching the entrance so that no animals or intruder would enter my home. Everything was closed and I didn't have the energy or desire to monitor that area again so I reached out to Jean at about 6am and told him what happened. By 9am he was at my door. Again, he wasted no time and got right to work. He went to the local home Depot to pickup the whole backdoor/frame and install it the same day! I was relieved that my family come find peace in the upcoming days and nights! Lastly Jean remodeled my upstairs bathroom. He picked up the items for me again and finished the job within 2 days. Jean has really made my home feel special. I'm very thankful for his work and if anything was to break in my home I got him on speed dial. Thanks my brother!!
