Hi my name is Amber. I am a Certified Pet Sitter. My business is licensed, bonded, insured and owner operated. I am a Vegan and love all animals, especially cats. I provide professional, compassionate animal care. I am certified in Pet First Aid including animal CPR. I am also a Reiki Certified Practioner to help animals and also offer Reiki services. Reiki healing is highly beneficial for diseases, anxiety and behavior problems. I have a lot of experience taking care of dogs, cats, horses, birds, hamsters/guinea pigs, farm animals, and some reptiles. I have a background in the medical field also, so I have valuable skills that crossover. I also have a lot of experience administering medications to dogs and cats, such as insulin shots for diabetic animals, topical thyroid medicine and oral pills. You can rest assured your animal family member is in good hands with me! Pets are most comfortable in their own surroundings, or in a safe home atmosphere. Therefore, I come to you.
I also pet sit in my home (cats and dogs 6 months old and up only for boarding in my home). I do Not do Overnights At Pet Clients Houses. I also provide services such as Reiki, bathing, and grooming. Initially, a conversation and/or meeting with you and your pet is scheduled, to get to know their personalities and schedule. And answer all questions and concerns you might have. :) I also do Pet Photography and House Sitting for those interested.

Amber was fantastic and my puppies were very well taken care of! She showed up every day I was out of town and walked the puppies and gave them attention for the duration of the visit and updated me each day. I will definitely be using her again and would highly recommend her. I had peace of mine with her caring for my babies.

We were so happy with Amber and her company. She was caring and attentive to our pets needs. She followed our instructions and sent us regular updates via text messages. Our dog was very happy when we returned home , in good spirits and had eaten. When we boarded at our vet before , he would come home exhausted, wouldn't eat and was hoarse. Pet Sitting with Amber and Hearts for all Pets LLC. was a much better option. We will hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at $23 per 15 minute visit. Pricing also depends on multiple pets, extra care time, medication administration, location, etc. I offer discounts for multiple daily, weekly and recurring visits. My Referral program-refer me a new pet client and receive a 10% discount on your next booking.
Sitting/boarding in my house starts at $30 per day.

I accept Cash and Cash App as methods of payment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a 15 to 20 minute visit called a meet and greet.
If you choose not to do a meet and greet in person, we can Skype or do a detailed phone conversation instead. I leave the decision up to the client, whichever they prefer. We then set up dates and times along with Payment options (cash Cash Ap or PayPal). I follow up after visits to give my client peace of mind. Any and all visits after the initial meet and greet, are at a service visit charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken care of cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters/guinea pigs, some reptiles, horses and farm animals as my own family pets and clients. I have a broad experience with animals, including rescue, animal shelters, special needs, and medical care. I do Volunteer work at several Animal Shelters/Vets and with Rescue groups.
