Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! I am so pleased of how Gregory answered and took action on my plumbing issue. I had a failed water heater that caused water damage. He got to my home in the time that he stated, assess the problem and resolved and replaced the water heater. I will definitely use him again. If I could rate him higher I would.

Mr. Gregory and his crew was phenomenal. I received notification from my Water company that my water was running 40 gallons per hour. I got on Thumbtack reached out to Mr. Gregory. Midtown, Atlanta. I had an excellent experience with Gregory’s Plumbtec / QANDQ Enterprises LLC from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear, and Gregory himself is incredibly friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He truly went above and beyond—especially helping me source specific faucet fixtures that weren’t easy to find. I had several repairs and installations done, including multiple sink fixtures, a shower fixture, and a brand-new toilet flushing system. Everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Pricing was very reasonable, I received a clear estimate upfront, and there was absolutely no pressure to add or do anything unnecessary. It’s rare to find a plumber who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service so well. When it’s time to make repairs at my other properties, Gregory’s Plumbtec will be the first and only call I make. Highly recommended!
