Couldn’t have had a better experience with Oleg and his team. Had a refrigerator go out on a Friday and despite their packed schedule, he was able to get the part and install it on a Friday night. Above and beyond the call of duty. If you are considering options for appliance repair/installation, look no further. These guys are it.

Replied quickly with a time and day they were first available to replace the heating element in my tenant's dryer. Tenant said they were great with her and the kids who were trying their best to stay out of the way. Very professional and customer service oriented. Pricing was reasonable, too. Will look to them for future appliance repairs.

I hired Mr. V Appliance & Electrical remotely to take care of three odd jobs - gas dryer maintenance and repair, estimate on repairing microwave handle, and some tweaks to a ceiling fan. The technician. The tech contacted me and showed up within the given window, discussed service options with me, performed the requested services, and notified me upon completion. I can't speak to the work quality since I haven't seen it yet, but given how hard it is to even get some folks to respond, I was very impressed with the prompt reply and dispatch of a technician to assess and address my concerns, and the professionalism of the tech in contacting me before, during, and after the work
