He was very professional, knowledgeable with explaining what happened and what he was doing to fix my issue. Maurice did an excellent job! He responded to my job within 5 minutes of posting and arrived early. He preformed the repair, checked the entire system, and spotted several other issues that could have become problems later in the season. I have already scheduled a follow up appointment with Cool Runner's for the fall. We will definitely continue using them for our heating and cooling needs!
