Mr. Solomon responded within 10 minutes of my request through the app and was at my home within a couple of hours, even though it was a Sunday. He was very professional and was able to quickly pinpoint the issues with the furnace and ac unit. Since the weather wasn’t going to be as cold that night, I decided to have him make the repairs the following day. He provided a quote that night and was back the following day to make the agreed upon repairs, which he did in a very timely manner, providing me with before and after pictures. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and actually plan to do so soon as there are a couple of non-major items that need to be repaired. He’s very fair and honest, so go ahead and give him a call!

My capaciter needed to be replaced. Just bought my home so everything is appearing to be working it's kinks out...yikes! Thankfully it was a small repair. My system is up and running thanks to Cool Runner's. He even checked on my heating and replaced my filter. Very fair pricing. He was confident in his diagnosis and repair.
