I’m not someone who writes reviews often, but I absolutely had to take the time to leave one for Cool Runner’s Air and Heating LLC. Maurice and his crew were truly exceptional. As someone who recently took on my first investment property, I trusted certain individuals to complete work correctly using their professional expertise, only to later discover that some very questionable and cut-corner work had been done. I found Cool Runner’s Air and Heating LLC on Thumbtack and they instantly reached out to what I thought (to my untrained eye) would be a quick 15–20 minute fix. Once Maurice arrived, that “simple” job turned into nearly two hours of work. He identified multiple issues, explained each one clearly, and most importantly they came fully prepared. They had all the tools, materials, and equipment on hand to fix everything properly and bring it up to code and compliance. Maurice took his time, answered all of my many questions without rushing or dismissing them, and treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. Thorough, strategic, and very knowledgeable! My unit wouldn’t heat up at all and I had already done a few troubleshooting steps. They took the time to listen to what I had moved through, double checked a few things, and worked off of that. They came with what they needed based on my explanation but the issue ended up requiring other parts which they sourced the same day, upgrading from what I had before, and fixing the issue completely! Highly recommend!
