They did the work quickly and on time. My only complaint was that they completed nearly $300 of change order work without asking me ahead of time if I'd like to do it. It ended up costing me $200 (final price including unauthorized change orders minus cost of next qualified contractor).

Fisrt we like to go to the job site and get an assessment of the size and scope of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in Commercial Construction Management and a commercial construction contract administrator certificate along with a commercial construction estimater certificate.
