We hired Joyce to train our lab puppy and she was SO knowledgeable and thorough. She nipped bad behaviors in the bud early and now we always get compliments on how well behaved our puppy is.

We have a people aggressive rescue pitt. Joyce Keeton came to the house, evaluated the dog and came up with a plan of action. We have only been working with him for a week and already see great improvement. We finally see hope for the future of this dog. Looking forward to learning right along with our dog.

Ms. Joyce is very knowledgeable when it comes to understanding the mind of a dog. I felt very confident in her training ability. I signed my unsocialized rescue Boxer up for board and train session. In one hour of initial behavior assessment. My Baby was in great gands and was going to well taken care of.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer programs which can be modified to individuals needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone call to discuss if their case is a good fit for me and if I am a good fit for what they need. My first meeting with a client is a free 30-minute consultation at my training center to discuss program options Once a program and time-frame are decided upon, we meet as agreed. I check I with my clients weekly to assure things are going well and to answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from The American Institute for Animal Science with a specialty in canine learning. I attend many webinars throughout the year to keep up with new studies in dog behavior. I also participate in round table discussions with other behaviorists to share ideas and experiences.
