These guys came out fast and helped me with my disposal. I think there was confusion on my own behalf because I didn’t have a garbage disposal but they went to Home Depot and picked one up came back to install it. Install was great and have a 3 month warranty. Top notch - no question, would rehire them again.

Dwight fixed my plumbing issue within hours of contacting him on a Saturday while others either didn’t respond or gave me appointments for Monday. Dwight said he is available 24/7. His price was also reasonable for a plumber. Recommended.

Due to having other work done on my home. I was left responsible for unexpected repairs. The sink and toilet were removed and needed a new angle stopper and toilet flange. This company was available the same day. The costs were reasonable and I was relieved and very pleased with the finished work. I would definitely call Dwight again.

The quality of the work itself was flawless. The toilet installation looks great, and the technician completed the job efficiently. From a workmanship standpoint, I have no complaints. Unfortunately, communication throughout the process was very poor. Booking the service was initially fine, although I did have to follow up twice. The owner advised that the installation would take place at 1:00 PM. After 1:00 PM had passed, he reached out stating the technician was en route. Based on that message, I assumed the technician was nearby. However, as more time passed, I reached out again requesting an ETA and never received a response. The technician ultimately arrived two hours late. The technician himself was very pleasant and professional. After completing the installation, I asked if he could dispose of the old toilet. He advised my relative that he would return the following day to pick it up. At that time, no payment was requested, which made sense since the job was not fully complete and the old toilet was still in my possession. The following day, I received no communication from the owner whatsoever—no ETA, no payment instructions, and no notice that someone would be coming to retrieve the toilet. The technician arrived after 5:00 PM, unannounced, to pick up the toilet and demanded payment. While I had no issue paying, this was handled very unprofessionally. Someone should have communicated a specific pickup time or at least notified me that the technician was on the way. I requested a phone call from the owner to discuss my concerns. When he did call, I explained the issues, but there was no acknowledgment, apology, or attempt to address the inconvenience. Waiting hours for the technician, receiving no communication for over 24 hours, and only hearing back when payment was due is not acceptable business practice. In summary, the technician did an excellent job, and the quality of work was great. However, the lack of communication, missed timelines, and poor customer service from the owner significantly impacted the overall experience.
