I had to get a ground rod installed, and I was able to get an appointment and quote the morning after contacting. Price was very reasonable, and much better than another electric company I contacted. After their work was completed, they showed me that it was functioning properly and made sure it looked decent before departing (wires not hanging around everywhere). Also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything went well with the internet company, which was the reason I needed the ground rod.
