Had Aaron out for a quote on a larger project. While showing him around we noticed an issue with the water heater. He sprung to action and had a new water heater installed in less than 24 hours for a reasonable price. He showed up on time and did what he said he would do. Nothing more to ask for since those are both rare attributes these days. He had some issues while completing the work but kept a level head and dealt with them like a pro. Would certainly rely on this pro again in the future.

I was ABSOLUTELY amazed!!! I was so disappointed that the company I had at first that I gave money to did a no show no call... I really thought my family was going to be without water for a week or longer. I found A&T just wishful thinking maybe somebody would call to take a look. He came out in LESS than an hour!!! He not only looked and saw what was going on... he fixed it right then and there. I am so thankful!!! Through the rain storm and thunder he was out there!!! I couldn’t be more happier. He services was 100% around the board positive!!

Aaron did an impeccable job installing a new tankless water heater for us. He has superb attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He also did a great job replacing some busted pipes that were outside the house. Would definitely use him again for any of our plumbing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $35 fee to come out and give an estimate. If the estimate is excepted, we will credit the $35 to the cost of the work, making the estimate no charge. If the estimate is not excepted the cost of the estimate is $35.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I joined Local 72 (The Plumbers and Pipefitters Union) in 2009. I went through their 5 year apprenticeship and obtained a plumbing license here in Georgia. I went on to become a foreman in my company where I was over multi million dollar projects. I have done plumbing in many of the high rise buildings in Atlanta. I have worked on many high profile projects including the Georgia Aquarium, The State Farm complex, and the new Braves stadium, just to name a few. I started my own company July 2020. I love what I do and I look forward to serving you.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire a licensed professional. If you are looking for cheap then call a handyman. Cheap labor is not skilled and skilled labor is not cheap.
