During the Panic of preparing for Ga ice storm! I was one of the many residents that were in panic mode and last min planning to get their fireplace serviced. This company put me on their waitlist. Even though they were unable to service me before the storm I had to still give them a great review. Their communication and care is 5+star trying to get as many residences completed. Sending text messages of updates and friendly replies when I would ask for an update. Will definitely use this company in the future but just next time be more proactive. Thank you!!

Waylon and Mary went out of their way after a long day of work to make sure our fireplace was safe. Our chimney is safe and clean. They are super friendly, gave us tips on how to keep our fireplace in great working condition, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Waylon was such a source of knowledge about my gas fireplace. He helped me be prepared and understand how to operate it. Both Waylon and Mary were so gracious with fitting me in last minute before the upcoming ice storm. I am so grateful for service companies like this one that are ran by genuinely caring and good people. I highly recommend their services.
