By not breaking anything without agreeing to replace it is just the beginning....

The picture fell off the wall, we alerted you to the problem and you stated that it was fine and that you would get another picture frame since it was not that much for the frame. If you did not agree with the picture falling off the wall you should have asked us to buy another frame if you were not happy... Communication is the key to problems.....Thanks!
