Good customer service is not dead! I would highly recommend CKDelivery for your Furniture assembly needs. He is reasonably priced, professional, punctual, pleasant, and fast. His customer service and commitment to professionalism was displayed after he made a minor error in the assembly of my cabinet, but went above and beyond to rectify it. I was very impressed and I am solidified as a returning customer.

Kenny is very professional, responsive, showed up on time, works efficiently, put together a 3 level file cabinet in no time (I would have otherwise personally spent a few hours and screwed it up…). Then he fixed some other pieces of IKEA furniture (various cabinets) that were assembled improperly by another company here on thumbtack… he also quickly and properly reinforced kitchen cabinet not hanging properly. Anyway, for this type of job Kenny is outstanding. Would hire him again in no time for similar work
