I needed a part replaced on my 16ft ceiling fan. Heath was communicative and responsive, getting to my project three days after my initial outreach. He was clear and direct about his pricing, and he stayed to troubleshoot and make sure my fan was working properly. Most importantly, he came when he said he would.
