Every little detail matters to me. I’d rather start over than have one little thing look off. My experience come from my grandfather. He built custom homes for 40 years and I learned from him and still use him on any project than may call for a second option of expertise.

I needed a part replaced on my 16ft ceiling fan. Heath was communicative and responsive, getting to my project three days after my initial outreach. He was clear and direct about his pricing, and he stayed to troubleshoot and make sure my fan was working properly. Most importantly, he came when he said he would.
