- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is an estimate and does not include tv mount and cables. I am currently running a special. Please inquire when we speak.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers I prefer to communicate through call or text so I can ensure we're on one accord. Pictures are always helpful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an Army Veteran and have been mounting TVs for almost 10 years now. Being punctual, communicating throughly, and providing excellent service is what I strive for with every job. Customer satisfaction is key.
