I had as I thought a major water leak from my upstairs hall restroom, in my rental property. Mr. Patterson first called me and asked me several questions about the leak. I was very frustrated, because 2 days prior I had spent lots of money on that same leak. Mr. Patterson assured me that he would get to the root of the problem. When he arrived he was very professional when he introduced himself and his employee. I walked him into the home and he said how can someone fix a leak without taking the Sheetrock off to see where the leak is coming from, so he did and he said that the water was coming from the walls upstairs, and that sound very scary to me. When we went upstairs he began to measure the area and low and behold he found the problem. It was the tenants refrigerator that cause the water leak into the wall and floors. Mr. Patterson resolved and fixed the problem! He is an awesome guy. Prices are very, very reasonable. I will have him do alot of my projects on my home and my rentals. He is very highly recommended! My first experience with James Patterson was outstanding. He came to my home in Gwinnett County to complete some plumbing work in my home that I had neglected for some time. He was courteous and friendly and ready to work!! He diagnosed the plumbing issues and we discussed various ways to remedy the situation based on my pocket book before completing the work. NO sticker shock! James was thorough and I was very satisfied with the quality of his work. He was fast, efficient and cleaned up after the repairs. James also provided me with free estimates for my other household needs. I will be hiring him for future projects!!!
