Kailee did a fantastic job cleaning our home! She was able to take care of us quickly, squeezing us in before Christmas after another cleaner flaked on us twice. She was professional, respectful, kind, had great energy, was easy to communicate with, mindful of our preferences and requests, and just did an overall fantastic job! She was thorough, efficient, and did not cut corners or skip over anything. Before looking on Thumbtack, I had been looking for eco-friendly cleaning services, but couldn't find anyone to come out to our area. I finally resigned myself to hiring a pro on Thumbtack and figured I would just ask them to use our nontoxic cleaning products. When Kailee arrived, I expressed my desire to use nontoxic cleaning products, and she actually told me that she only uses nontoxic products (Mrs. Myers's brand) due to her own health and environmental concerns. I was thrilled! It was definitely meant to be, and we will definitely hire her again.
