Updated Review I initially had concerns with Moon Painting after my project was left incomplete, but I’m updating my review to reflect how Juan handled the situation. After the painting job was finished, I noticed imperfections in the detail and trim work during my final walkthrough. Juan acknowledged he should have inspected the work more carefully before declaring it complete and promised to fix the issues. His cousin came to address the problems but said she needed to return the next day to finish the trim work. Unfortunately, she didn’t come back, and there was no communication about completing the project despite my having paid in full plus a tip. However, Juan took personal responsibility for what happened. He refunded me the tip and also covered the cost of a faucet replacement and the labor to repair it. He genuinely made the situation right and vowed to pay close attention to details going forward, committing to ensuring everything is done correctly on future projects. Because of how Juan handled this situation and made things right, I will be using him and Moon Painting for my upcoming project. While there were initial issues, his willingness to take accountability and make amends speaks volumes about his integrity as a business owner.
