Not only were the movers on time, they communicated with me from the initial setup with Aj the owners wife from the confirmation the day before to the eta and arrival!! I appreciate that so much! They were personable, treated my belongings as they were their own, and humble!!! Talk about a hard working group of guys, and they were respectful which speaks volumes! Yes ma’am, no sir, (rolled out a red carpet literally!!!) they even took off their shoes without us saying one word!!! We had an issue with payment from our bank due to fraud and not only were they patient, they returned the payment as we decided to pay them cash for their hard work! We couldn’t not pay them, they did a phenomenal job and it wasn’t their fault our bank stopped payment and then tried to push it through which gave them a double payment. Most people wouldn’t have told us, we have had it happen but they followed through and delivered!!! Hands down, best movers around and we have them scheduled for a junk removal as well as moving us back into our home after remodeling!!!
