- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per session, with payment typically made upfront on a month-to-month basis. I also offer discounts for clients who refer friends or family, as well as for those who choose to pay for 3 or more months in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd love to schedule a quick consultation call (approximately 20–30 minutes) to discuss your goals, fitness background, and location so I can determine the best plan for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification approximately six years ago and have been working with clients ever since. My experience includes training clients from a variety of backgrounds, leading group HIIT classes in gym settings, and providing one-on-one personal training since 2020.
