I charge per session, usually paid upfront, one month at a time. I offer discounts for those who refer me clients, as well as those who pay 3+ months upfront!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to get you on a consult call (approx. 20-30 mins long) to discuss your goals, fitness history, and location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my NASM certified personal training certificate about 5 years ago! I have 5 years experience working with clients of various backgrounds, have taught group HIIT classes within gyms, and have trained clients 1-on-1 since 2020.
