- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer programs which can be modified to individuals needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone call to discuss if their case is a good fit for me and if I am a good fit for what they need. My first meeting with a client is a free 30-minute consultation at my training center to discuss program options Once a program and time-frame are decided upon, we meet as agreed. I check I with my clients weekly to assure things are going well and to answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from The American Institute for Animal Science with a specialty in canine learning. I attend many webinars throughout the year to keep up with new studies in dog behavior. I also participate in round table discussions with other behaviorists to share ideas and experiences.
