Communication was quick and clear, and Gregory himself is incredibly friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He truly went above and beyond—especially helping me source specific faucet fixtures that weren’t easy to find. I had several repairs and installations done, including multiple sink fixtures, a shower fixture, and a brand-new toilet flushing system. Everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Pricing was very reasonable, I received a clear estimate upfront, and there was absolutely no pressure to add or do anything unnecessary. It’s rare to find a plumber who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service so well. When it’s time to make repairs at my other properties, Gregory’s Plumbtec will be the first and only call I make. Highly recommended!
