Jeff came over quickly, gave me a price, followed up with a written bid, and a copy of his liability insurance - all within about 12 hours and had completed the job within 30 hours from our first meeting. He pressured-washed the interior of a shell of a building that had some mold and other crud. The building looks and smells about 100x better! He brought his own water and protective gear and got it done.
