- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We utilize fixed pricing. We will not blindside you with any hidden cost. Our agency is a Full service Private Investigations Agency. Some of the other P.I. companies may advertise cheaper prices, but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for" Our agency believes in doing a thorough and professional job. We are available anytime even WEEKENDS!!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step would be a phone call or email outlining your specific situation. We will ask questions and from there we will determine the best course of action. The next step in the process is determining your budget, then will start building your individual case plan. ITS THAT EASY!!!!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Agency is comprised of former Law Enforcement and Private Investigations professionals. Each individual at our agency posses a unique certification in reference to investigations. The owner is a former Police Sergeant in charge of criminal investigations.
