- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free inspection to evaluate the condition of the roof and discuss the customer’s concerns. We then provide a detailed estimate and explain the recommended solution. If insurance is involved, we assist throughout the claim process. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work professionally, perform a final inspection, and ensure the property is left clean before considering the job complete.
