Following hail damage to our 13 year old roof, we invited 3 well known roofers to provide us with their estimates to replace and to also replace the gutters, downspouts, and add a leaf protection. All three estimates were very similar. The reason we decided to choose Team Roofing and Construction was the presentation made Kyle Morris who came to our home. He explained to us many of the advantages that Team Roofing provides that others do not. Kyle's presentation was convincing, professional and easily understandable clearly identifying the compelling reasons why Team Roofing was the preferred choice. In addition, they delivered on all of their promises including a prompt return visit to fix some very minor issues. I recommend Team Roofing without any hesitation or doubt regarding the product and service they will provide.

The team was great at walking me through the process of installing a new roof due to the age of my house and storm damage taking time to answer questions. They worked around my work schedule which was helpful. Initially I was confused when there was a discrepancy in my out of pocket expense that the sales person Michael discussed verses the contract but the customer service rep Dionne was quick to help figure out the issue. Colby did amazing with reaching out to schedule the same day the contract was signed. On the day of installation Wyatt was professional, communicative, managed his crew well and answered all my questions. The work was done efficiently and the workers assigned to my project worked amazingly hard in the heat. Overall a smooth and easy process. Great experience for a first time homeowner.

We're new homeowner's, purchased home on Sept. 20,2020, the house was built in 1930. The roof had been repaired in 2000. Contacted a recommended roof company to replace the entire roof. After speaking with the contractor, I decided to change my mind and go with a professional company that was both bonded and insured, one with a following of A+ service. Happy we changed our mind, (the first contractor wanted to place shingles on top of shingles) our roof looks beautiful, has a ten-year labor warranty, and 40-year parts warranty. The worker's arrived 20 minute's early and left 14 hours later with the lawn and house looking pristine and clean. Trust your gut feeling and don't hire just anyone to try and save some money, only hire a professional. For your roofing needs hire Team Roofing and Construction.

Putting on a new roof can be stressful. I have a 4200 sq foot home and a 2100sq foot home that Team Roofing completed a total tear off and replace in September 2021. This is the first time I actually ever replaced a roof so my stress level was high to begin with. Working with the finance company was a breeze. The salesman was easy to work with and they delivered on everything they promised. The work was at first a flurry of action with employees furiously working to tear down and clean up so they could install the new roofing materials. We were up against weather as well. But two roofs completed in one day and the cleanup was incredible. Karl the project manager was fantastic. With any construction job there will be something that pops up and Karl did an amazing job handling any small issue that occurred. Definitely quality work and materials. We are very happy with the look and function of our new roofs. I recommend this company if you need quality people to do quality work. If you drive down Fitzgerald Road in Jonesboro you can see their work first hand.
