Tim has helped me with roofs at 2 different houses. Roofers who genuinely want to repair your roof are hard to find as most try to upsell you into a brand new roof even when the roof is still well within its lifespan.
Most recently he helped me close out home inspection issues:
1 Add splash guard above front porch.
2 There are pest gaps between fascia board and framing on the front side of the home.
3 There is one shingle popping up.
4 No flashing behind ledger board on deck.
5 Downspout loose on backside by back door.
6 Vent pipe still disconnected in attic.
Exclusion companies use inferior materials and don’t typically care about what the repairs look like. Tim made sure everything looked cohesive and aligned with the black and white color scheme of the house.

I had some rotted fascia and sagging soffit boards, and Mr. Tim did an amazing job repairing them. Everything looks brand new! He was nothing short of professional and also informative. I love that he offers a lifetime guarantee: if anything goes wrong, you can call him back. It also speaks volumes about his work. You probably won't need to because the quality of his work is just that good! I definitely will add him to my Rolodex for any roofing concerns that I may come across. We had rot in fascia and soffits. Tim was responsive, he came on time and got to work right away. The roof line is very high with two floors and difficult to work with the steep slope of roof. He not only did a great job, but he also pointed out roof line that might become a problem in the future and suggestions on why the rot happened and how to avoid it. He gave advise on how to get our gutters fixed. Great work ethic, very knowledgeable and pragmatic. Strongly recommend Tim.
