- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning what the customer needs and gathering basic details about their pool. I provide a clear, upfront quote and answer any questions. Once they're ready to move forward, we schedule an appointment, we get a deposit and let the customer pick out patterns. I like to keep them informed throughout the entire process. Our goal is to make everything easy, straightforward and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the swimming pool industry. Our training comes from years of installing swimming pool liners, maintaining pools, solving problems, and working directly with leading manufacturers and suppliers.
