What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After filling out the customer information form an initial consultation will be set up to ensure your needs and wants are included. Consultations can be through email or phone with follow up emails.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received my certification in various areas of travel be it a destination, resort brand, hotel chain brand, theme park, cruise lines etc. I still train and take courses to be able to stay up to date with all the changes that may take place inside the travel arena.
