I needed my carpets cleaned due to some odor. Me and Hugh had several messages back and forth to make sure that we scheduled the perfect day/time to complete the job. What started out as just the carpet in one room because my entire apartment and two couches. He was reasonably priced and got everything done within the hour. My carpet smells great and some of the stains on the carpet are now gone. I will definitely recommend using Hugh to clean your carpets and furniture. I only gave 4 stars due to how long it took to get an appointment, some of which was out of both of our control but we still made it work. I appreciate his service in getting my home back up to par.
