Working with Fiona was truly one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding process. From the very beginning, she made everything feel effortless, organized, and stress-free. Her attention to detail, creativity, professionalism, and calm presence made such a difference especially on the wedding day itself. We had a lot of craziness go on during our wedding day, including bad weather and unexpected chaos, and Fiona handled everything so incredibly well. No matter what came up, she stayed calm, adaptable, and completely on top of things. If you want to hire someone who truly knows how to deal with chaos and bad weather while still making your day feel seamless and beautiful, hire her! Fiona brought my vision to life even more beautifully than I could have imagined and handled every little detail with so much care. We used Evans Event Service for our Wedding Weekend Welcome Party and we highly recommend them! We hired a bartender and server who helped make the event very easy and memorable! Everyone loved the open bar and our bartender was very kind and made excellent drinks! Our server helped us organize the best way to set up all the food, keep everything clean the entire party, and take out all the trash to meet the clean up requirements of the venue. Will definitely hire again for any future events!

Omg Evans Event Service!! This IS who you need at your event! I contacted them days before my wedding date for help with my wedding. I needed a waitstaff and boy did they deliver!! Faaar beyond expectations. It was like we have been working together the whole time. They came in and were very professional, they looked great and made things sooo much easier for me, my husband, our wedding team and guests. They took my ideas and elevated them. Just top notch service period!! I don’t see myself partnering with another event service company again. Locked in with Evans from here on and you will be too!!
