Working with Fiona was truly one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding process. From the very beginning, she made everything feel effortless, organized, and stress-free. Her attention to detail, creativity, professionalism, and calm presence made such a difference especially on the wedding day itself.

We had a lot of craziness go on during our wedding day, including bad weather and unexpected chaos, and Fiona handled everything so incredibly well. No matter what came up, she stayed calm, adaptable, and completely on top of things. If you want to hire someone who truly knows how to deal with chaos and bad weather while still making your day feel seamless and beautiful, hire her!

I had an excellent experience with the three event staff I hired through Thumbtack for my dad’s retirement celebration—Carl, TJ and Malik. They were all punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire event.

We used Evans Event Service for our Wedding Weekend Welcome Party and we highly recommend them! We hired a bartender and server who helped make the event very easy and memorable! Everyone loved the open bar and our bartender was very kind and made excellent drinks!

Our server helped us organize the best way to set up all the food, keep everything clean the entire party, and take out all the trash to meet the clean up requirements of the venue.

Will definitely hire again for any future events!
