- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At BK Garage Doors Our first goal is to establish clear communication. Once we arrive on site, we do a 25-point inspection of complete operating systems. When applicable like to precent 3 options to customers typically, 1st option is the only reason they call for the appointment 2nd options will include findings during the inspection 3rd option is normally the upgrades- (you don't want to see me again for a long time)
