About

My name is Jonathan Perdomo and my team and I specialize in floor installation, replacement, and hardwood refinishing. With 18 years in business, I still stay hands-on with every project to make sure your floors look exactly how you imagined. I install and refinish hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and steps, and I’m especially careful and detail-focused when sanding hardwood floors. I also have access to quality flooring materials at great prices and can provide plenty of references on request. I am licensed and insured, and I stand behind all of my work. If you’re ready to upgrade your floors, I’d be happy to talk through options and give you an estimate.

Jonathan did a great job on our laminate floors! We were in the middle of a bad (insurance) install. JP was able to save our new material and reinstall correctly in just a couple days at a great price. Hire him, you will love your floors.

Jonathan came to work. No messing around. Was in and out and floors look great. I will have him finish the other portion of my home when ready. Thanks Jonathan
