My name is Uche, and I am known by my clients as Coach Wulu. As a Master Certified Health Coach and Life Coach, your wellness dreams are my passion. With a combined health education and coaching experience spanning 10 years, I know that making changes is not easy.
I have been where you are, and I understand. I personally know what it's like to have questions needing answers and ultimately support. My clients choose me because they know that I can identify with their struggles, and I genuinely care.

This is my first time working with a coach and after our first meeting, I knew this would be an interesting relationship per say. He explained to me that a coach and a therapist are two different things even though I thought they weren't too different from the beginning. As I'm still working with Coach Wulu, not only is he a great listener but you can tell he genially cares about his clients and really listens to what you have to say. He challenges you to dig deeper to really come to the root of whatever your situation is so you can work on it and figure out what the next steps should be. We still have a long ways to go as I just started working with him with a few sessions so far but I'm looking forward to what the outcome will be. I highly recommend him to anyone. You won't regret it.

Rochelle provides her clients the opportunity to deeply assess areas of skill and passion . This assessment is then a springboard to connecting with ideas and possibilities for career choices. The feedback provided during the session is pivotal to the client as new ideas and directions discussed during the brainstorming help to create the foundation for career ideas. From there actionable items are formatted to help move the client forward .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Willing to work with client’s budgets in particular cases. The greatest discounts are seen when you purchase a package.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin this wondering collaborative partnership with a discovery call. This initial call is to see where you are and where you would like to go health/life-wise. We also discuss what coaching is and isn’t, what’s services we offer and answer any questions you may have. From here we discuss the coaching agreement, which includes meeting times, prices, and much more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Family Herbalist through the School of Natural Healing. I’m a Master Certified Health Coach through the Dr Sears Wellness Institute. If you do a google search you will see Dr Sears is one of the most highly recommended schools. I’m currently also preparing to sit for the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching to become a Board Certified Health Coach. To provide my clients with the best service, I believe in being a lifelong learner.
