Travis was amazing while doing my taxes. I'm far from computer savvy and having several problems trying to get my information to him. I was having such a hard time and was becoming very frustrated. I was embarrassed about my lack of computer experience. He was so patient with me and spent alot of time helping me...even to the point of me sending him screenshots of what I was looking at and he would walk me through every step along the way. I definitely plan on using him again! I hope he's up for the challenge!
