When the winter freeze cause a pipe to burst and my mother-in-law's old house I called around to close by plumbers to see if they could come and shut the water off and assess the problem. No one could make it out any sooner than 3 to 5 hours later, even the city water department couldn't make it out within a day. I found quick action and gave them a call and within 2 minutes of hanging up for making an appointment they sent me a text with Alexis on his way! Alexis and his associate came and helped us turn off the water and assess the problem and give us a great solution. I'm keeping them in my speed dial, quick action plumbing was an excellent find. Highly recommend them! I will certainly be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Well just like their name implies, "Quick Action Plumbers", I called the Mableton location at 9am about a problem with my pressure reducing valve, after hanging up the very nice receptionist text me, scheduling me for a time window of 10am - 1pm, letting me know that the Technician would text me when they were on their way. At 10am the Technician text me and he was there at 10:05am along with his associate! They were both professional and extremely nice, and did a great job replacing the valve. Plus they gave me a senior citizen discount!
