Bella Event Planning is excellent!!! I have been involved in many weddings over the last 30 years. I have never worked with anyone as outstanding as Bella Event Planning. We needed day of coordination and Bella Event Planning stepped in and worked their magic. The staff is professional, thorough and the follow-up is so impressive. Their customer service is impeccable. Their energy level remained consistently high and positive throughout the entire engagement, right down to the last moment. They assisted with items that were not even included in their pricing. Their interaction with every vendor was professional, responsive and above and beyond what was required. Every single comment from the venue staff and guests was positive. Not one single negative comment. It goes without saying that the venue management noticed the stellar services and received my strong recommendation to use Bella Event Planning for any of their upcoming events that require event planning services.

Our experience working with Michelle has been the absolute greatest! I reached out to Michele for Day of Coordination and she provided services for the day of AND a month prior. I was able to transfer ALL of the planning responsibilities to her the month prior and was only involved for monetary aspects of planning. There were some unfortunate events happening involving the venue, and Michelle stepped in to seek resolution and we received it. The day of she was punctual, professionally dressed and ready to make our day go as planned. Well, we had some hiccups, but I felt totally unbothered as I KNEW Michelle had it! And have it she did! Her energy is positive, reassuring and she radiates good vibes! Michelle coordinating allowed my husband and I to enjoy our day that much more and we are so grateful. Michelle is a LIFESAVER! Truly one of the best decisions I made regarding my wedding was working with her! I got in touch with her shortly before my wedding, but she didn't skip a beat with stepping in where I needed help. She was able to address all my concerns, answer my one million questions and brought up things I wouldn't have even thought of that definitely helped make my day great. My mother had endless praises for her and I know she helped so much in the background on my big day with things I didn't even see. She was also very affordable compared to most day of coordinators I looked into. Could not recommend her enough and wish I had another big event to plan so I could work with her again. She is great!

I can't even say enough about how amazing of a day of coordinator Michelle was. She was so knowledgable and so helpful in her orchestration of running my wedding. Her assistance went beyond just the day of as she went with me to meet vendors, do walk throughs, constantly text me ideas or solutions. She was nothing short of amazing. In addition she has a variety of vendors she can recommend to you. Her staff was professional. As a bride she relived tons of my stress by organizing the wedding party and keeping them and the vendors on schedule and informed. Things happened behind the scenes at my wedding I wasn't even aware of because Michelle is a critical thinker and problem solver and immediately handled these things before I ever knew. I would recommend Bella Event Planning to ANYONE. Michelle eats, breathes, and sleeps this job because she loves it and it really shows.

Where do I begin?? Michelle is very thorough, professional and creative. We’ve been planning the wedding since 2019. Throughout the year of shutdown due to the pandemic, Michelle checked on the wedding plans as well as me, the bride. It was a tough year, but her professionalism never wavered. Her compassion is a golden trait you rarely see with event planners. She definitely delivered and then more! 10/10!!! Definitely would recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing packages range depending upon the needs of my client. I am able to provide my clients with a personalized package that will fit the budget they have allocated for their event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very flexible and able to communicate in any form text, phone call or email. I love doing consultations but realize that there is not enough hours in the day. I can accommodate most request for the planning process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in running operations for a major telecommunication company of the last 13 years. I also have my Masters of Business Administration degree as well as extensive experience with wedding and party planning experience.
