Bryan is a great communicator. It’s very difficult to find great handymen who are willing to do minor repairs and odd projects, most subs only want huge projects “worth their time”. I like to collect a To Do list before I reach out. Thankfully Bryan reached out immediately and literally showed up within hours with his wife and adult son! I was not expecting a crew! They came in, were very intentional about ladder and tools in the house. Went above and beyond (I had some ceiling bulbs that needed changing and his wife volunteered to clean the sconce)! Their son was also very careful with all tasks and I was super impressed with him as a young man and them as parents. Bryan quoted me on the projects and even though I added a couple more favors he didn’t increase our agreed upon price. They never stopped working and they were in and out quickly. Bryan and his family have a wonderful MidWestern charm and I felt confident saving his contact for the next time I need a handy family. #SuperSatisfied
