My hot water heater stopped working but Reginald was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He responded to my messages super quickly, was able to schedule a time to come out the following morning, and got everything resolved quickly. He also gave me some advice on how to fix my low-pressure faucet. I was able to take care of that myself after he left, which I really appreciated. He was very kind, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Great experience from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend him!
