- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a lot of cleaners on Thumbtack that charge ultra-low prices and it shows in their quality of work. Instead of your home actually being cleaned, they merely spot clean or "tidy up" and leave you feeling like even though they didn't cost very much you still overpaid. Our pricing may be higher but so are our standards. We only employ cleaners with proven experience in doing quality work and providing exceptional customer service to clients just like you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make our onboarding process as easy as possible! When a client books with us they will immediately receive a confirmation email with the date and time of their appointment along with a photo of the cleaner or cleaners assigned to their home. For new customers payment information is taken during booking and your card will be charged the day of your cleaning. On the day of the cleaning, you will be notified when your cleaner is headed to your home and also receive a checklist of every activity the cleaner should perform during your cleaning. After the cleaning has finished you'll receive a follow-up email to rate your cleaning and contact management should you have any questions, concerns, or compliments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the residential and commercial cleaning business since 2012 and bring a wealth of experience in customer service, cleaning, and cleaning efficiencies to Genie Clean.
