My pricing is based on the size and condition of your home, as well as the type of cleaning you need. I offer fair, competitive rates with no hidden fees. Repeat customers and referrals receive special discounts, and I’m happy to provide a free estimate before any service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start with a quick consultation to discuss your cleaning needs, preferences, and schedule. I’ll ask about the size and layout of your home, any problem areas you’d like extra attention on, and your preferred cleaning products (especially if you have sensitivities or pets). After providing an estimate and confirming a time, I arrive promptly and bring all necessary supplies. I complete the cleaning thoroughly and efficiently, making sure you’re fully satisfied before finishing. My goal is to build long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent, reliable service every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 19 years of professional experience in residential cleaning, specializing in condos and apartments. Over the years, I’ve completed training in safe cleaning practices, proper product use, and efficient cleaning techniques. My experience has taught me how to deliver consistent, high-quality results and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
