Absolutely 5 stars! Will be using them again and again and again! Extremely prompt communication from the beginning and turn around time was amazing! Got home from a very long day and my house was perfect! My son was running around the house saying “mom come look at this”…”mom the carpet had perfect lines” “mom these people were PROFESSIONAL cleaners”…he was 100% correct and I could not have been more pleased. You can tell they took pride in their work and it made all the difference in our home. Looking forward to coming home every two weeks to experience this again!

The team at Sparkle and Fresh are awesome! I would not hesitate to have them clean my home again. I was getting my home ready to sell but had to coordinate from another state. Please read! Most people leave negative reviews and personally I normally don’t leave any at all, but in this case a positive review is deserved given the above and beyond service from Sparkle & Fresh! I found myself in need of last minute deep clean before a landlord came to check on apartment. Nothing out of the ordinary but it is been 2.5 years since last one and my dogs hair was everywhere! Not only did Sparkle & Fresh reply immediately with a budgetary quote and confirmation of availability so o could book immediately, but their price was very reasonable, especially after seeing the result. I added on to my request and asked for additional services including wall wash etc. which they were more than willing to accommodate for (again) reasonable cost. Very flexible which I appreciate. When I came home the place was spotless, including subtle details such as dust in rails of skidding glass door etc. It smelled great and honestly felt like hotel the way they laid out throw blankets and toilet paper rose design etc. Oh yea, and they’re as trustworthy as they come. I had never worked with them and had to be at work so my front desk let them in to work solo. I left all sorts of valuables out (by mistake) and they nearly arranged them in closet. It was one of my best experiences with service company ever! Not just cleaning. I’ll be hiring them now on a monthly basis and recommending to all friends (and anyone that’ll listen). Good service deserves recognition and support, especially small local business. Thanks Sparkle & Fresh!
