- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cityscape pricing is set at fair market rates. Our customers have always found great value in their financial investment for property services with us. Customers are provided access to "Client Hub" on our website which is a personalized dashboard for the customer to setup payment, see work completed, upcoming scheduled work, or request additional services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting new customers in person, if possible, to establish a relationship and go over expectations from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the green industry since I was 16 years old working for large companies and smaller family owned businesses. I started my own company in 2021.
